If you lose or damage your Shoeboxed Mail-In envelope, you should request a replacement envelope by sending us an email at mail-in@team.shoeboxed.com or calling our office at 1-888-369-4269. Soon you will be able to report a lost or damaged envelope from your Envelope Tracking page
. Please note that you can send your receipts and business cards to us at any time in your own envelopes, though you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Also, please note that we do not provide Shoeboxed envelopes for Lite or Basic users. If you are a Lite or Business user, you should send your receipts and business cards in your own envelopes.
