When you register for Shoeboxed Mail-In online, you will create a username and password yourself.

If you register for Shoeboxed Mail-In over the phone with a Shoeboxed team member, your username and password will be emailed to you when your account has been manually activated by a member of our Shoeboxed Mail-In staff.
